It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that safe and unrestricted access is provided to the site and all necessary areas for the agreed works.

Any delays or additional visits caused by access issues may incur additional charges.

All reports and documents issued by Flowcheck Ltd are based on the information available and conditions present at the time of the site visit.

Reports are provided for the sole use of the client named in the agreement and may not be shared with third parties without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for direct loss shall be limited to the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
