In order to comply with the PPC requirement for the inspection and assessment of our waste water flow monitoring arrangements I contacted one of the Sira appointed MCERTS Inspectors.
Mark Thomas (Flowcheck Ltd) was very thorough in his enquiry about the work required and because of this was able to quickly provide a detailed and acceptable quote.
When requested, Mark provided, by return of post, all the relevant method statements, risk assessments, insurance details and the other necessary information for our contractor assessment process.
The work that was carried out on site was of a high standard with Mark interviewing the technicians who were responsible for the equipment and ensuring that he had gathered all the relevant information at each stage. There were a number of factors that made this job unique but as Mark had been professional and thorough in his preparation, the work itself went without problems.
A detailed and comprehensive report was sent through a few days after the job had been completed along with an outline of what the next steps in the assessment process should be.
I would have no hesitation in recommending Mark and his company to anyone who wants this kind of work carried out.
